Low MOQ Custom Jewellery Boxes

Chung Ngai makes custom jewellery boxes with flexible, low minimums — there is no blanket minimum forcing you to over-order. For independent jewellers and small brands, quantities are agreed per project so you can order what you actually need, made to your size, lining, colour and logo.

Why there is no blanket minimum

A fixed factory minimum exists to suit the factory, not the jeweller. We take the opposite view: the right quantity depends on the box — its structure, materials and whether it needs its own tooling — so we agree it per project. A smaller independent brand should not have to tie up cash in stock it does not need.

Making a small run well

If your run is modest, tell us and we will advise the most economical way to make it well — the right material, a structure that does not need costly tooling, and a finish that still looks premium. A small order made properly beats a large order you cannot sell.

Still fully custom

Low minimum does not mean off-the-shelf. Your box is still made to your size, lining, colour and logo, and the bulk order matches the sample you approve.

How ordering works

You send the piece size, materials, colours, logo artwork and target quantity. We make a sample (usually within about 7–10 days), you approve a pre-production sample, then production runs about 20–30 days. We quote one clear, all-in price up front — no surprises on arrival.

Why Chung Ngai

Chung Ngai is a family-run maker of jewellery and watch packaging, working from Hong Kong and southern China since 1971. We make and check boxes by hand, quote one transparent all-in price, and hold every bulk run to the sample you approved.

Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no blanket minimum. For fully custom jewellery boxes the quantity is agreed per project, based on structure, materials and any tooling — so smaller jewellers are not forced to over-order.

Can you make a small first run and reorder later?

Yes. Many brands start with a modest run to test the market, then reorder to the same approved sample as they grow.

Will a small order still have our logo and colours?

Yes — your size, lining, colour and logo are all made to order, whatever the quantity.

How do I get a price for a small quantity?

Send us the piece, materials and the quantity you have in mind, and we will quote one clear, all-in price.

Order the quantity you actually need

Tell us the piece and your run — we'll advise the most economical way to make it well and quote one all-in price.
