What a ring boxe has to do
A ring box holds a single ring upright in a fitted slot so the stone faces the customer when the lid opens. Two covered pads sit side by side with a cut between them; the ring is pushed down into the cut and the foam closes on the shank under its own spring.
Why Rose Suede
Blush flatters diamonds and pale stones — morganite, pink sapphire, rose quartz — and it does not fight rose gold the way a stronger pink can.
Getting the interior right
The cut is set to the widest shank the box has to take. A slot cut for a 1.5 mm band will not seat a 4 mm signet, and a slot cut for the signet lets the band lie over. Give both extremes if the box covers a range.
Where it belongs
Bridal counters and gift-led retail. It is rarely the right choice for a single house box across a mixed range.
The mistake to avoid
The measurement most often left out is the height of the setting. A raised solitaire needs clearance under the lid, and without it the lid presses on the stone.
Worth knowing before you commit
Pink is the colour most likely to date a box. Blush is the version that ages slowest, but if the box carries your name it will be on a customer's shelf for a decade, so it is worth seeing the sample under your own shop lighting.
Microfibre suede
Microfibre suede is a woven synthetic with a short, dense nap. It has the hand of real suede without the shading and water-marking that real suede brings, and it does not shed onto a polished piece.

Frequently asked questions
Can the Rose Suede series be made in a different colour?
Yes. The colour shown is the standard for the series; exterior, lining and stitching are all specified per order. Send a Pantone reference or a swatch and we match to it, then confirm on a sample.
What logo methods suit microfibre suede?
Suede takes a hot-stamped or blind-debossed logo cleanly, because the nap compresses and holds the impression. Fine serifs need a slightly heavier die than they would on board, or the nap springs back and softens the edge.
What do you need to make a ring boxe?
The widest shank width, the height from the base of the shank to the top of the setting, and whether the box has to take a range or a single width.
Can I see it before ordering?
Yes. A physical pre-production sample is made to your specification and the bulk run is held to the sample you approve.
