What a set boxe has to do
A set box holds a full suite in one opening — necklace, earrings, ring and often a bracelet — each in its own seat so nothing touches anything else.
Why Forest Long
A fitted keeper holds the clasp so the chain cannot travel in transit. Without it, a long necklace arrives in a knot at one end of the box.
Getting the interior right
A suite tray is drawn to the specific set, not chosen from a list. The layout decides which piece leads the eye and how the set reads when the lid opens.
Where it belongs
Necklaces, tennis bracelets and anything that ships rather than being carried home.
The mistake to avoid
Pieces of very different depths do not sit well in the same plane. Where a ring and a cuff are in the same suite, either the seats are cut to different depths or the interior is tiered.
Worth knowing before you commit
The keeper position is set to the chain length. A single keeper will not hold two very different lengths well — say which length the box is for.
Microfibre suede
Microfibre suede is a woven synthetic with a short, dense nap. It has the hand of real suede without the shading and water-marking that real suede brings, and it does not shed onto a polished piece.

Frequently asked questions
Can the Forest Long series be made in a different colour?
Yes. The colour shown is the standard for the series; exterior, lining and stitching are all specified per order. Send a Pantone reference or a swatch and we match to it, then confirm on a sample.
What logo methods suit microfibre suede?
Suede takes a hot-stamped or blind-debossed logo cleanly, because the nap compresses and holds the impression. Fine serifs need a slightly heavier die than they would on board, or the nap springs back and softens the edge.
What do you need to make a set boxe?
A photograph of the pieces laid out the way you want them presented. The measurements follow from the layout.
Can I see it before ordering?
Yes. A physical pre-production sample is made to your specification and the bulk run is held to the sample you approve.
